Home Generator Installation, Maintenance, and Repair
A home generator can help you cope with New England’s unpredictable weather. When a harsh storm comes our way, you may be stuck trying to find your way by candlelight. Not only will you have to get by without the comfort of your favorite technology, but the food in your fridge will go bad, and you may not even be able to use your stove. To protect your home from power outages, Heritage can install an automatic standby generator so you never have to worry about being left in the cold and dark again.
Be prepared for anything, anytime with the help of a home standby generator. Call Heritage’s home generator experts for affordable installation of a home generator.
How Your Home Generator Will Work
Your automatic standby generator is powered by natural gas or propane. It is connected to an ATS (automatic transfer switch), which is connected to your main electric panel. If you lose power, the ATS activates and begins collecting power from your generator and sending it back to your main panel. Presto! Let there be light! When your power comes back, the transfer switch will automatically shut off and the power source will revert back to your main panel. You never have to worry about stumbling in the dark again!
