Generator Giveaway – 2022 Winner Announced!

Each year, Heritage finds ways to celebrate our loyal customers by giving away a piece of equipment for free.  This year was no exception, and one lucky family had the opportunity to receive a professionally installed standby generator from Heritage, and had their equipment paid for in-full!  And if you’ve been wondering how your family could benefit from a whole-home standby generator, you’ll definitely want to keep reading.

Meet The Homeowners, Bob & Becky:

Bob and Becky hail from beautiful Bedford, NH.  We asked them to share with our customers a little about their experience with Heritage and what this generator giveaway has done for them:

What made you decide to look into installing a generator?

This area has been known to have power outages due to weather, winds and storms.  We have a portable generator but setting it up in the winter can be tedious and always having to keep gas available was a hassle.  Plus we are getting older and just wanted the convenience of a full house generator.  We also decided to update our electric panel along with the generator to keep the house safe and running well.

Did you know about the promotion before deciding to install it?

We had seen the promotion posted on Facebook but thought we were too late in deciding on the generator install.  What a nice surprise for us when we received the call that we had won!

What made you trust Heritage with your installation?

We have used Heritage numerous times for plumbing issues, and they installed our mini-splits last year.  The company has been reliable and dependable and stands behind their products and services.  And each step the staff has been knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. There was never any question as to who we would have install our generator.

How has this giveaway impacted you and your family?

As a retired couple, the money from the giveaway will go towards other projects to update our home.

Did your technician, Todd, provide exceptional service?

From our very first meeting Todd was a pleasure to work with on this project.  He listened to our wants and desires for a generator, and proceeded accordingly.  He and his crew were always on time, kept the area clean and tidy, and kept us informed of the progress over the 2-day installation. His suggestion to replace our electric panel was also appreciated as it was 30+ years old.  

You have been loyal Heritage customers for years, what makes you continue to choose us?

Heritage has stood the test of time!  The company not only installs the equipment but stands behind their work, and services it as well. And I feel they will be around for years to come.

How was your experience with the generator installation process?

A very smooth process.  The timeframe for installation was quick, Heritage set up the inspection with the Town of Bedford for the generator and electric panel, and arranged for the technician to meet at the same time.

If you could share something with other customers considering Heritage, what would you say?

We enjoyed being the first family to be selected for this giveaway.  The pride that the Heritage technicians have for the work they do says a lot about the company and their ethics to provide quality services to the public.
