The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helped settle my nerves. She made it a point to say she’d put me on “early arrival” to get someone out quickly. About 20 minutes later, David was on his way. David was very friendly and professional and most importantly made me feel like I wasn’t crazy for calling them over a fishy smell on my basement stairs. He did a thorough safety check for me and figured out what the problem was. It was fully explained to me and he replaced our melting water heater breaker and enclosure. I had mentioned before the check that the baseboards in our basement weren’t working and maybe that had something to do with it, so he looked at those as well and fixed that too!
