I had a leaking drain in the kitchen and I contacted Heritage and they came to my home the same day. He ended up taking care of 2 drains and the combo kitchen fsucet. Howard the technician was knowledgeable, efficient and professional and left my home immaculate.

We had our tub drain fixed back in early October by a Heritage technician. ($4k) After a few weeks the tub was not draining correctly. I called Heritage and the sent another technician out that day. He reviewed the work and found a flaw. Derek fixed the flaw and now everything works as it should and he also added a clean out so I can clear blockage in the future. (No Charge) Thank you Derek! great work!

Luis helped us with a Bathtub clog that we had for a week, didn’t take too long. Also recommended a camera into the pipes and glad he did because we now know we need the septic tank pumped. Helped a ton.

We had an excellent experience with Luis from Heritage. We had a backup in our kitchen sink which was threatening to flood our entire kitchen and condo on a Saturday night. He promptly came out and snaked the entire system. The kitchen was impeccable after his departure. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge level. He was outstanding, Dr. William Rothschild.

I had a new furnace installed a month ago, and something wasn’t quite tracking. Stevenson showed up, did a deep dive into the possible causes, found the problem, and fixed it. He was personable, professional and thorough!

I am very happy with the Heritage crew. We discussed many options For my particular situation. Which for me was a mini split heat pump we discussed which type of machines the advantage of each And cost. A plan was mapped out and they installed the next day. Two Hvac specialists and two electricians all very pleasant and working together to accomplish the install task in about a half a day. I am very happy with the results and the work done.

Angel was amazing. Very professional and went above and beyond to ensure my heating system was in a good place. He took time and caught a safety issue I would have never caught. Don’t skip your annual furnace maintenance whoever reads this! It’s important for your heating system and your health!!

Company set up appointment in a timely manner. Communication leading up to appointment via text was very good. Edward did a great job installing 2 new spigots on my house and pointed out a thing or two for consideration regarding future work. Edward was easy going and easy to work with.

Macen was young & very smart . He is like Doctor Plumber 🪠. Well experienced! I did everything in my bathroom, water heater etc.

Quick service, professional and courteous too. We had a leaking toilet due to failed wax ring and flange that wasn’t level. Price was a bit high, but fir quick service one expects that.

Heritage was sp helpful. We were working with another plumbing company that kept pushing our work off and not answering calls when they no showed the day of work. We called Heritage on Monday, they sent Steven on Tuesday who explained the 2 possible problems we could have before getting to work. When it became clear we had the bigger issue he told us and showed us right away. He spoke with his manager and was able to schedule him and Jordan to come out the next day to fix our problems. Steven and Jordan showed up exactly when they said they would and were able to complete all the work in a timely manner. They even managed our 2 kids running around the entire time with no issues. We are so thankful at how quickly and effiently they got the work done and responded to our calls. Very happy with their work and will be using them for all future plumbing problems.

Edward was fantastic! He fixed the pipes I needed repaired and he also made a recommendation that helped make my house safer and more efficient.

I called Heritage Home Service in a panic thinking my house was about to burn down. I called them after the first company I called told me it would be two weeks for them to come out. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helped settle my nerves. She made it a point to say she’d put me on “early arrival” to get someone out quickly. About 20 minutes later, David was on his way. David was very friendly and professional and most importantly made me feel like I wasn’t crazy for calling them over a fishy smell on my basement stairs. He did a thorough safety check for me and figured out what the problem was. It was fully explained to me and he replaced our melting water heater breaker and enclosure. I had mentioned before the check that the baseboards in our basement weren’t working and maybe that had something to do with it, so he looked at those as well and fixed that too! David was very courteous, going out of his way to make his arrival less noisy, as I had a sleeping baby upstairs. He was fast, efficient and kind and I’d recommend him and Heritage to anyone!

Service was superb! Mike knew just what the problem was, explained it and possible causes. It was repaired and he assisted me with warranty issues. He came out the same day I called, is polite and very knowledgeable.

They showed up when they said they would were friendly/respectful and did great work! I would definitely recommend them/work with them again!

I cannot recommend Luis A. and Heritage Home Service enough! Having a completely clogged shower drain on a Sunday is every homeowner’s nightmare, but Luis arrived promptly and handled the situation with total professionalism. He quickly diagnosed the issue, worked efficiently, and had our drain flowing like brand new in no time at all. His expertise and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation completely effortless for us. If you ever need plumbing help, Luis is definitely the person you want to call!

Jason from Heritage was an awesome choice! He gave us an accurate estimate, and he knew his stuff! He was also very quick with the recessed light and outlet installation. We have found our go to electrician.

They are amazing!!! They have tried to save me money the whole time supper amazing staff/ technicians ..I ended up needing a new bubbler but they did EVERYTHING they could to save me money ❤️I trust them with everything ❤️😊can’t say that enough!!

Chris was wonderful to work with. Called 30 min ahead of time to let me know when to expect him. Came for a refrigerator water leak and when I mentioned our water heater needing replacement, he was able to quote and replace the same day. Highly recommend.

Warren, from Heritage Home Service was great! He came out to replace the shower handle and quickly got everything working properly. What impressed me most was that he took the time to explain what might be causing the problem and provided estimates for both a simpler repair and a complete valve replacement. I never felt pressured, just well informed. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely welcome him back for future plumbing work.

We had an emergency hot water tank call, tank let go. My parents have health issues and mother was just placed on hospice. So this was a rather big curve ball to our current day to day. Mark and his assistant were exceptional. With issues from prior installation they were able to come up with a reasonable electric alternative to the gas tank we had. They were extremely efficient with removing the old tank and installing the new electric tank. The electrician arrived just after completion and Mark brought him in and filled him in on what was done and what he needed to complete. Thank you for all your above and beyond assistance and work done for our parents!

Dennis was very friendly and efficient. He went over every issue with me and gave me an honest assessment of my boiler’s longevity. Fix but not necessary to replace right now.
