Great experience, Muhammad and Paul were very helpful with troubleshooting our water heater.

I had my A/C serviced today with Davin and Mohammed with Heritage Home Service. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable young.men. I would recommend this team.

We had a hole in our bathroom sink drain. Called on a Monday, they were there on a Tuesday and put in new pipes. Both Technicians were professional and pleasant. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

I could tell he was well equipped with knowledge and was confident in his delivery of service which made me feel confident. Gavyn’s personaity made me feel comfortable and secure and was like a ball of sunshine on a cold rainy day.They both were gentlemen, professional and respectful. I’ve been living in my home for 34 years and have never been so impressed with the dynamic service that was provided to me by Gavin and Mohammed ( Haritage Home Service). The initial call process from Heritage was fast and well organized. My experience was nothing short of exceptional to the point where I never thought I’d be so excited to have new shiney, copper pipes! Thank you to Simon and Paul for coming to my rescue when my furnace was spewing water all over my cellar floor. I am grateful for the fast service and they accurately assessed my problem and repaired my furnace. I highly recommend Heritage Home Service and I will be using this company for any future needs. Although I chose not to move forward with the job. (More money than I expected due to the issues at hand. However both men that came to the house were on time, professional and courteous. Heritage appears to be a class outfit

I regret that, due to repeated technical difficulties, I was unable to send this evaluation any earlier this week. Throughout the time (several hours) that he worked at my house, Todd Bressette proved to be a total professional in every sense — efficiently addressing and resolving each of the technical problems for which I’d originally enlisted his help via Heritage Home Services in the first place, and answering my occasional related questions with solidly reliable advice. If given the opportunity, I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or to seek his services for future jobs at my home.

Simon arrived on-time and was extremely polite and helpful. He provided me with advice on maintaining my mini split and was delightful to work with. I would definitely recommend him and Heritage.

Elijah provided exceptional service, from offering us multiple solutions for our issue, to performing the work, to going above and beyond on the plumbing job he did for us. He also gave us great information about some other issues we had questions for and provided us with quotes and options for those issues. I used Heritage for many years in NH. So glad to see they cover parts of Maine now. They are always on time, do exactly what you need them to do and the work is top notch.

Quick to reply and come out when needed as well as staying as long as it takes to get the job done. I think my leak turned into more of a project than they anticipated (typical for any project in this house) but they ran with the challenge and went all out to fix everything. I dealt with a few different professionals since there was more than one visit needed and all of them were very good about describing what was going on/what they were doing in a way that’s easy to understand.

I could not be happier, and not just because I have heat again. Heritage Home Services were amazing. I had two techs at my home only a few short hours after I called on a really nasty weather day. They quickly trouble shot The heating system and then explained everything they were doing in detail and then gave me options. They were kind and at no time did I feel as though they were upselling me because of how transparent they were and having the choices be my own. I won’t hesitate to call again and I’m even considering some of their maintenance programs.

Had a great experience with Elijah this past week. He was extremely personable and our somewhat esoteric plumbing in this old house was no obstacle to his expertise. He was able to quickly identify and resolve all of our drainage problems. Highly recommended!

Water heater annual maintainable completed in a timely, efficient manner. Small leak repaired. System flushed air went well no issues. Sal was terrific to work with. Very personal. Efficient and very easy towork with. Highly recommend!

Todd Bressette did an excellent, professional job reinstalling/ re-routing a pretty complicated bathroom fan in our 1952 Cape. He had to undo work that had been done poorly probably 40 years ago. It involved crawling about in tight attic crawl spaces, but he did so cheerfully, and got the job done! Thanks, Todd. We’ll be requesting you for all of our electrical work, going forward.

It was so easy to set up an appointment on line. They were able to schedule work needed to hook up our electric stove that replaced a propane one the next business day! The technicians were professional, kind, and focused. The price was reasonable as well! We will be scheduling the replacement of our 45 year old fuse box next☺️

Heritage was great to work with. The initial phone call to set up the appointment was very friendly, and they followed up promptly on the day of the appointment. Elijah was the representative who helped me today, he called to give me 30 minutes advance notice of when he’d be arriving, and was very personable and knowledgeable during his visit. The issue was I’d had a blockage in my drain line, but wasn’t sure if it was due to below freezing temps or something in the line itself. The blockage had subsequently resolved itself, but I still wanted assurance that my system was okay. Elihah explained the likely causes, and laid out a solution plan incorporating a camera to verify my drain line was clear to the street. From there it was a matter of assessing the various inputs (toilets, showers, sinks) and ensuring that all were draining properly. Elijah even let me pick his brain about toilet fixtures to get his opinion on what would be best for my house. He wasn’t trying to rush anything, and made sure all my questions were answered before wrapping up. I was very happy with Elijah and Heritage Home Services, and would recommend them without question.

Elijah did great while being thrown multiple curveballs by my very old house and was a consummate professional…polite and skilled and efficient. My first experience with Heritage and very impressed. And while I don’t ever like plumbing prices I love that they do flat fee for service needed, not hourly.
