James was fantastic with all the work he did on our house. We had him and Carter (who was also amazing) install some lights in our 1870s farmhouse. They started with the work downstairs which was adding in new lights in the kitchen, living room, and our bedroom downstairs. On top of the light additions they also fixed some other electrical issues we found during inspection and they installed new smoke and CO detectors. The work was amazing. We then had James and Carter come back to install lights in the 4 bedrooms upstairs. 2 of those bedrooms had never had lights before. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them to anyone. They respond very fast and the turnaround time is amazing.

Alex is a true professional! He diagnosed my problem with my Bosch Furnace and fixed. Additionally, he found dirty flame rod and coil that Pine State Services supposedly cleaned in the annual service in June, however, since it had not run since then I have serious questions about that “service”. Highly recommend Heritage Home Service and Alex!

Jimmy was on time, explained everything clearly, advised me about best practices with the system, what to look out for, explained how my system was looking, and got it done well. Refreshingly awesome to have someone enter your home who only wants to do good work, treat people well, and be treated the same. I hope Gelinas is doing well by this guy, the combi-boiler guru.

Our kitchen sink began to leak all under the cabinet last night. We got it cleaned up enough to be okay through the night, but as soon as morning came around, we knew we would need a plumber ASAP. So, we looked up plumbers in our area on Angi. Heritage was the first listing that came up. They answered the phone on the first ring, and before we knew it, Noah was at our house. We were amazed at how quickly we were able to get an appointment. He was knowledgeable, very polite and friendly, and he worked quickly and efficiently. He was everything we could hope for. Our new kitchen faucet is beautiful, nothing leaks in the cabinet underneath, and he even fixed our bathroom toilet lickety-split, too. Even better, we were able to schedule Heritage to come tomorrow to look at an outdoor outlet that we’re having trouble with. We are so pleased with everything. Technician George Fiske instructed us on all the things we needed to know about maintenance and functioning of the new to us gas furnace (which is located in the attic). We just moved into this condo and needed this guidance….he also did the same with our central AC, hot water heater and even our Nest thermostat! Very very helpful and George was terrific. Will call Heritage for the plumbing issues we need to address also!
