We’ve lived in our 100 year old house for nearly 25 years. During that time, as expected, we have had our share of urgent plumbing issues that needed repairs. This past weekend, we had a larger issue that really was an emergency situation. Jordan came on Sunday to assess the issue, helped remediate it to make the leak slow down until Monday, at which time he and his colleague Taevon came back during the time they scheduled in the morning, and diligently worked to replace large sections of pipe in our basement. They were courteous, professional, and were clearly motivated to finish the work. Finally, the price was very fair and they didn’t charge any emergency or off hours fees for coming on Sunday and completing the work during a holiday on Monday.
