  • How often will I be charged?

    You are charged at the date of signing, and automatically every 12 months following. Memberships may be canceled at any time.

  • Do I need to call for my yearly service?

    No, we will contact you when your visit(s) are due. However, if you’d prefer to call to schedule at a time that works best for you, we’re happy to assist.

  • Is the Home Advantage a service / maintenance agreement?

    No. As a member you’ll receive discounts on repair, installations, and maintenance services. However, Home Advantage does not cover the cost of parts or labor.

  • Will I automatically get my discounts?

    Yes! All applicable benefits will be automatically applied to your next service visit after signing.

  • How many addresses are covered under my membership?

    The Home Advantage is sold per property. Ex. If you own more than one home, you would need a separate membership for each.

  • If I move, can I transfer my membership to my new address?

    Yes! Please give us a call and we’ll be able to assist you in transferring your membership to your new address.

  • Will I be charged for an early cancellation?

    Home Advantage is based on a 12-month agreement, which is paid in full at the time of signing. Memberships may be canceled at any time but remaining or partial months are non-refundable. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current agreement upon notifying our office.

  • How do I cancel?

    Simply give us a call. Our staff will be ready to assist you.
