After our technician performs a complete assessment of your issue, he will quote a firm price to have it repaired. No work will be performed if you do not agree to the price, and the price will stay the same even if the job takes longer than expected or requires additional parts. You will receive both a three-hour appointment window to expect your technician and a thirty-minute call ahead to notify you of his coming arrival. If your technician does not arrive on time or provide this call ahead, we will credit you $50 towards your service.
