Isles came promptly on an emergency night call and did a very professional job and was very personable and knowledgeable.

When my AC quit suddenly, Heritage came in a timely fashion and did an excellent job. The four gentlemen who helped me were professional and knowledgeable. Joe diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in explaining the cost of repair versus replacement. Bobby, Harrison and the electrician Liam did the replacement and were wonderful to work with. They explained the process carefully, answered all my questions and completed the job efficiently and quickly. I would certainly call the company again for any HVAC, plumbing or electrical needs. I had an emergency with my septic and had no running water. Their technician Derek, arrived early and explained every step of his process and what everything cost, before performing the work.

First time using Heritage, as two other plumbers I’ve used in the past gave me long lead times. Heritage answered my call personally, and scheduled me same day-amazing considering it was a Saturday! I had a leaking outdoor spigot, and given the drought, waiting a week to fix it was out of the question. The technician sent out, James Shallow, could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and personable. He showed up on time, did the job seamlessly and without issue. He spent time educating us as to how to avoid this problem in the future, and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. I will most definitely use & recommend Heritage again (request Jimmy).

Alex came to fix a water main leak at my home which was pre-manufactured in the late eighties. He found and fixed the leak quickly. After the job was complete I spoke with him about the cause because this is the third time in a year with a leak. He spent the time with me explaining the material used for piping in my place and checked the water pressure. The pressure was on the high end and we both concluded between pressure spikes and old plastic pipes. I asked for an estimate to replace all the pipes. He was able to give me an estimate on the spot and found financing with very reasonable terms. Two days later Heritage Home Services was here with two trucks and completely changed out the piping in a day. In short. This place answers the phone. Gets technician on the job quickly. Great knowledge. Cleaned thoroughly before leaving.

Derek Schmidt did a great job servicing my Bradford White water heater! Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and all my options moving forward. He was respectful of my home and family, would welcome him back anytime.

The team came after hours and quickly deduced the issue and got the AC back on line! Very nice people and did thorough work!

We called several plumbers and I got “we are too busy” and “it’s too small of a job”. Not with heritage though! They were able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner and helped us with our plumbing issue. Thank you Zach! Zach was quick and professional! Will definitely use again!

I’ve dealt with Heritage for many years because of their dependability. They are not the cheapest, for sure, but if you need a plumbing or HVAC system installed or serviced/repaired, there’s none better. I needed repairs to be done on slim duct covers that were damaged after having siding installed on my home. I called Heritage because they were the company that installed the original mini-split system in my house several years earlier. John Lindonen and another technician (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name) showed up as committed and did the repair work. They were very thorough, explaining every issue to me and answered all of my questions. They were polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to my family or friends.

The AI interactive was ok but screwed up my ph# so never got a call. However, Camile arrived and spent time discussing my points and activities performed, helped me tremendously and ultimately didn’t need service. He was professional, informative, and transparent so Heritage, please acknowledge his great service!

Derek Clark from Heritage Home Services did a fantastic job for us. He installed a new garbage disposal and fixed a leaky bathroom faucet quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to have in our home. He took the time to explain everything, completed the work with care, and left the area clean when he was finished. We really appreciated his friendly attitude and excellent service. We’d definitely recommend Derek and Heritage Home Services to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!

My technician, Eric, was extremely personable and professional. I was able to book with Heritage quickly and efficiently when other businesses in the area were unavailable and/or challenging to schedule with.

Heritage worked to repair my bathroom faucet. Joshua, from Heritage, was great to work with. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everything was explained beforehand and done exactly as described.

Nicholas Silva’s diagnosis is good and he has a good background, knowledge and experience in plumbing. It did not take much time for him to identify my problem. But, I think his company needs to be more reasonable and realistic in quoting.

Had Heritage replace my 87 year old fathers AC systems and they did a fabulous job. Dexter from the company was very easy to work with and they did the work in record time, since there was heat wave going on and my dad needed to be up and running fast. I would recommend them, they have a good history of superb customer service.

We contracted Heritage to clean mold buildup from our split AC system. We had Owen from the company visit our home for the service and he was very thorough and professional. He made sure everything was clean and functioning properly.

My central AC was not working, I made a call and 4 hours later Paul was here. He inspected a few things and was able to fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. If I need any service or repairs in the further I will be calling them again.

They are the best for a reason. Had a water heater installed they did it in one day and took care of setting up the inspections very professional services the plumber and electrician neat and clean highly recommend heritage for all your services very happy

We had a water emergency in our basement that affected our electric panel. They were able to come within a couple of hours to check for fire Hazzards. They were great!! Very friendly and professional. He talked to us like we were long lost friends. I highly recommend.

We called Heritage when our condenser failed. They were the first company we thought of. We called Sunday night and the automated system was able to secure us an appointment for Tuesday. Angel was the tech and he was amazingly helpful, professional and thorough. He provided us with three options for how to proceed. And he was able to secure us an appointment with the new installation team for Wednesday morning. Everyone communicated with us each step of the way – were exceedingly knowledgeable and professional. Service was top notch!

They went above and beyond on a holiday, staying and calling suppliers until they found a new sewage ejector pump that would work! Without Edward’s hard work we would not have been able to stay in our home until the holiday and weekend was over!

Called Saturday morning. 9.am 4 th of July central air conditioning stop Working Friday night at 9 pm 96 degrees out side very high humidity 61% humidity in side teck was here by 1pm ( angle ) very nice neat professional gentleman Went right to work trying to ignore my large two dogs. 1-@124 lbs Great Dane 1-@ 100 lbs boarder collie / lab mix. A barker With in an hour he had diagnose the problem replace the defective part packed up his truck , got paid and was gone to his next appointment Can’t ask 4 anything better then that Total cost $396.00 all my fault because I misplaced the original installers name and invoice It should have been under warranty because the entire system was less then a year old $4,600 Live an learn All in all Heritage gets 10 plus from Me

I had a great experience. I had the misfortune of a water heater tank leak on the 4th of July and was able to have someone come out to address the issue first thing in the morning.

Jason was fantastic! He not only got everything done in less time than I was anticipating, but his work is as much art as craftsmanship. The new pipe connections and under sink drain are not just functional but beautiful, and everything works perfectly. He also walked me through the controls on the heater and explained everything that was done. I would 100% recommend both Jason and Heritage, and will be calling them for anything other projects I need in the future.

I might have a new favorite home service company. Heritage knows their stuff. They installed a new electrical panel, and adapted well to minor challenges during install. They even took the time to do a the load calculations for future HVAC, rather than just tell me to upgrade my underground electrical service. Another company attempted rewiring my stove outlet and left without testing it. Looking forward to more work with Heritage

Sam was amazing !!! This company goes up and beyond . Hottest day of the year and my central air broke. I knew I was going to have to get a new system furnace at some point. But today was that day!!! Sam was so helpful. He even went out and put ac units in for us to keep cool until they gone back in 2 days. Thank you soooo much

A heating technician, Eric from Heritage Home Services provided service at my home. Eric was professional, timely, very polite, educated/highly qualified for the task at hand. He also educated me on my furnace as well. He cleaned up any and all debris from the job. It was a true pleasure to have been able to work with Eric. I highly recommend Heritage Home Services and especially, Eric. He is a true asset to their company that’s for sure….😃
