I had a great experience with Heritage. Nicholas came out to service my mini splits and was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire visit. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and was courteous and easy to talk to. I really appreciated his attention to detail and excellent service.

Heritage provided great services, from emergency weekend diagnostics, to full system replacement and full duct cleaning after install. Ill be using them again in the future and recommending them to others.

Great communication from all technicians. On time, they paid extra attention to keeping the work areas inside and outside clean and organized. They were all Very professional and well trained at their jobs.

William was exceptional and knowledgeable. We are in the process of selling our home and purchasing a new home. He walked us through the issues with our current plumbing problem. He also provided us with invaluable information on our new home which has a septic system. I would definitely recommend William to anyone looking for plumbing needs.

called Heritage Home Services expecting a repair and maybe a mild headache. Instead, they showed up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and somehow made home maintenance feel less painful than assembling IKEA furniture. The technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything in a way that didn’t require an engineering degree. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and without any surprise drama—which, if you’re a homeowner, you know is basically a miracle. My house is happier, my stress level is lower, and I’m pretty sure even my thermostat is smiling. If home service companies had a Hall of Fame, Heritage Home Services would have a plaque near the entrance. Highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys competent service, fair treatment, and not having to watch YouTube tutorials to fix everything themselves.

Ryan O’Connor of Heritage Home Service did a marvelous job installing a smart leak detector on my cold water line. It required some “creative” piping. When he was done, the site was immaculate.

Jake was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Would recommend. This was the first visit by Heritage in my newly bought home for a central AC quote and it was a good experience, but I cannot yet speak of their installation work or maintenance.

We needed emergency service and a technician was at our house within an hour of us calling. Dennis was so friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one.

William came to our vacation home on a weekend. He was wonderful. He arrived when scheduled and was very professional. He quickly identified what was leaking under our kitchen sink and had it fixed quickly. He vacuumed under and around the sink and came in to our house with booties on his feet and all. We will certainly be using the services of Heritage Home Services in the future for all of our repairs for our home. Thank you so much for the great service.

Heritage came through for me, they were prompt taking my emergency. The Electricians was Owen and he did a great job. He explained what he was doing and he was patient, answered all my questions. The end product he fulfilled all the requirements which allowed Liberty to turn on my lights.. I would recommend Heritage and readily work with Owen again.

Our AC failed just a week before a houseful of guests were arriving. Eric came with a few days to spare and fixed the immediate problem and offered three options to pursue next. We are delighted.

Heritage has been an amazing service provider for us. We have used them several times this year for various things. They installed a new boiler, and water heater for us about 2 months ago. The tech that did the installation, Nathan, was very professional, clean, and explained everything to us in an understandable way. We recently had one of their plumbers come out to help us with low water pressure. I wish I remembered his name because he was also super professional, clean and made sure I understood what the issues were before he left. This week we had an electrical issue and heritage had us booked for an appointment two days later. Kash came to our home. He was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed his bright energy and his eagerness to help us, even in the rain! He fixed two outside outlets that haven’t been working for a while. One was seriously messed up with prior wiring. He fixed that one and the driveway one. We sprung on him at the last minute that we wanted two new outside lights. He went to Home Depot, took pictures of options, texted them to me to pick which one I wanted. He purchased them, came back and installed them. He was at my house maybe 3 hours and everything was done! Neat and professionally. As an added bonus, he saw that our side door steps needed some added security and so he put several screws into the steps to secure them!!! If you need a professional, caring, very reasonably priced, compassionate company for your home service needs, definitely call Heritage!!! You will not regret it!

Shayna Berry did an excellent job. He clearly explained why the garbage disposal failed and dislodged from the sink. He repaired the problem and checked all the pipes for leaks. He is also one of the most courteous technicians that has worked at my apartment.

Paul did an excellent job he showed me the bad parts and explained the repair job so I understood what was happening. I highly recommend Paul.

Zack was an absolute delightful young man. He was very thorough of his analysis on what was going on with our MB Toilet and then gave us options and cost on how to move forward. It was a pleasure meeting Chris! He was respectful to our home and more than helpful for what he was asked to come out and fix. We spent time talking about past and future projects and not only does his knowledge and experience show but he was kind to even give some DIY tips. Concern over a faulty hot water heater wound up replacing corroded pipes, clearing faucet screens and overall securing our system for the house. And, done exceptionally well by Joe, a birthday celebrant!!

Excellent experience today! Jason B was very knowledgeable. My house is older and a tad wonky but he assessed the situation and quickly found a solution. In no time at all, my pedestal sink was better than new. Can’t thank Heritage Home Service and especially Jason enough!!

Ryan O’Connor came and fixed/replaced our outdoor faucets/spigots and did an amazing job! Would recommend, he was great!!

The work would not have been needed if the previous workers had replaced the circuit breaker in the panel after doing the service check this spring. Thankfully, he looked at the compressor first, noticed the breaker & put it back where it belonged. Problem solved. He texted to make sure there was no other issue and left. No charge.

Branden did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our a/c issue! He was professional and easy to talk with, keeping us posted as to his findings. Truely an asset to your company! Thanks
