Jordan was my technician with Heritage Plumbing. He was super helpful, kept me informed, followed up with me over the phone, sent me quotes and did his best to help with my tankless water heater repair and warranty from Navien. Unfortunately Navien did not want to replace my unit even though the problem was due to a faulty part that caused a leak inside the unit and created really bad damage. Even though Jordan worked hard to advocate for me, Navien would only send parts for replacement so I decided to buy a new unit instead.

Brandon did an excellent job of installing my Google Ring Doorbell and living room ceiling fan. He was very polite and pleasant to talk too. I will definitely have him do more work as I need it.

Absolutely fantastic experience with these folks! I had to have a major overhaul of my electrical panel and hot water heater and they did both the same day! Service was very professional, timely, and really well done. I was extremely impressed!!

We were able to get a same day appointment. It was good news in that our problems need attention but it may cost less than we originally thought. Prompt service, courteous and professional. The technician/plumber was able to evaluate the problems and make recommendations.

Called Heritage to repair my hot water heater. They were there within 4 hours, had a great plumber.did a great job at a great price. Will definitely call them in the future.

The reason I use Heritage is they always do an exceptional job. The technician we had do a service (Jake), went out of his way to explain what he was doing to my curious autistic 8 year old. He was very understanding of his questions. Lucky for our Tech our son makes all the decisions. We ended up needing a new furnace but Jake and his manager worked hard to find the best options for us and Jake was excellent at explaining everything. Very detailed. Heritage also installed my water heater in the past and we used them again because they respected my house and did neat work. You get what you pay for with them.

I had a light installed. There was no power going to the wires. They found the problem and fixed it and installed the light. The Elections were great.

I had pm done on my ductless system. The appointment was scheduled soon after my call. The tech that performed the service was very professional and thorough. All my questions were answered thoroughly.

This company is super responsive, communicative and does good work. Technicians explained everything to me and though I am clueless they were never condescending or rude. Highly recommend.

Drew was amazing! He got to me so quickly, explained what he was doing so I understood, and was extremely kind and friendly…Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again, but if I do I will definitely ask for Drew again. Thank you!

We’ve lived in our 100 year old house for nearly 25 years. During that time, as expected, we have had our share of urgent plumbing issues that needed repairs. This past weekend, we had a larger issue that really was an emergency situation. Jordan came on Sunday to assess the issue, helped remediate it to make the leak slow down until Monday, at which time he and his colleague Taevon came back during the time they scheduled in the morning, and diligently worked to replace large sections of pipe in our basement. They were courteous, professional, and were clearly motivated to finish the work. They went above and beyond expectations, and because of them, I will absolutely not hesitate to call them for the next projects that are coming. Finally, the price was very fair and they didn’t charge any emergency or off hours fees for coming on Sunday and completing the work during a holiday on Monday. When you have a tough situation on a weekend, finding a great plumber is a tough task. We are thrilled this worked out the way it did. Best plumbing experience I’ve had. Thank you!!!

I had 4 plumbing problems, and I was concerned at least one could turn into a big deal since this is a multi family condo building. But all of it was fixed by Heritage quickly and painlessly and I was so relieved. That was a few weeks ago, and none of those issues have recurred

Nick came to my home to worked on the furnace. He made sure I understood what was wrong with it and what was done to fix it. He was very professional. Made sure if I had any questions I knew where to call. I felt very secure in the work he did. Nick also made sure to clean up the area he was working in. I would definitely recommend Heritage Home Service, They stand behind their work.

We’ve had Heritage do jobs for us across 2 different homes. Central air installation, furnace replacement, and electrical panel replacement. Everyone we’ve ever talked to or has come to our home to do work have been great and professional people. Always clean work and never make you feel like you’re paying for things you don’t need. They always prove their main goal is to give the customer what they want, what they need, and that the work is done correctly. Great financing options as well. We recommend Heritage to friends and family and will probably never go elsewhere for any future work we might need.

I don’t think I could of had a more pleasant experience, water heater went out on me. The office person I dealt with was great. The technician was awesome. The work was great. The option for financing was nice if we had needed it

Heritage is amazing and extremely professional. They keep you updated on arrival time and send a photo of the technician coming to your home. Derek fixed the leak in the basement, replaced plumbing under the kitchen sink and replaced our leaky tub spout. Derek and his assistant were very professional and courteous. The materials used are fantastic quality. They left our home spotless where they did their work. Very happy with everything , highly recommend Heritage.

Dan came out on a weekend for an annual tune-up and maintenance on our boiler. He was friendly, professional, and walked me through everything he was going to do prior to beginning work and then went over the condition of the system at the end of the visit. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with our HVAC and Dan came in on a Sunday and made sure that everything was done perfectly. I would definitely recommend Dan for future Jobs when it comes to your furnace and AC.

Shawn came out and was very efficient, very kind, took the time out to help us and explain everything. Great service for sure.

Sean was great for helping fix some drainage issues with our sink and diagnosing an issue that could have become bigger if not caught.

Water heater maintenance . The service was explained to me and was what I expected other than I was told on the phone a camera would go in to view the inside. Marcus said that was not needed as he could see inside. He explained what he did do and said all was good right now. Very happy with today’s service.

David was excellent. He did a thorough job on our boiler upkeep. He let us know about a couple of problems that might pop up down the line, but took an educational approach rather than a sales pitch. He was a pleasure to work with and we’ll definitely continue doing business with David and Heritage in the future.

The technician, Jason, was very knowledgeable. He took a look at our BR ceiling fan and knew what needed to be done. The fan is much quieter with a new fan

Heritage was incredibly easy to work with when several outlets throughout our house lost power after a storm. They were very responsive, flexible, and able to come out the next day to diagnose and fix the issue. Anthony was great to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We would definitely recommend Heritage to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Sean was here within 90 minutes of calling Heritage. We had a main sewer line backup emergency. He was so thorough and helped us fix it. He talked us through everything he was doing and was knowledgeable and nice and fast. 10/10

Travis was brilliant! He presented clear options with pricing and pros/cons that helped us make a choice quickly and confidently. He installed a new hot water heater and also corrected and updated dodgy repairs and pipe work done before. Top quality work! Super nice guy. If we need service again, I would ask for Travis specifically. Our experience with Heritage overall is 5 stars.
