Jimmy was on time, explained everything clearly, advised me about best practices with the system, what to look out for, explained how my system was looking, and got it done well. Refreshingly awesome to have someone enter your home who only wants to do good work, treat people well, and be treated the same. I hope Gelinas is doing well by this guy, the combi-boiler guru.

Our kitchen sink began to leak all under the cabinet last night. We got it cleaned up enough to be okay through the night, but as soon as morning came around, we knew we would need a plumber ASAP. So, we looked up plumbers in our area on Angi. Heritage was the first listing that came up. They answered the phone on the first ring, and before we knew it, Noah was at our house. We were amazed at how quickly we were able to get an appointment. He was knowledgeable, very polite and friendly, and he worked quickly and efficiently. He was everything we could hope for. Our new kitchen faucet is beautiful, nothing leaks in the cabinet underneath, and he even fixed our bathroom toilet lickety-split, too. Even better, we were able to schedule Heritage to come tomorrow to look at an outdoor outlet that we’re having trouble with. We are so pleased with everything. Technician George Fiske instructed us on all the things we needed to know about maintenance and functioning of the new to us gas furnace (which is located in the attic). We just moved into this condo and needed this guidance….he also did the same with our central AC, hot water heater and even our Nest thermostat! Very very helpful and George was terrific. Will call Heritage for the plumbing issues we need to address also!

They electrician and gennerator tech that was sent to my home was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and actually showed me what needed to be fixed and why.

Our water heater began leaking: a less than ideal situation on the best of days. I reached out via Lowes website to get an estimate for replacing the system and ensuring what caused the issue before won’t happen again. Heritage Home Service (contracted with Lowes) reached out the same day to set up an appointment for today. Kevin arrived and assessed what was needed, clearly communicated what would be added and completed, offered fair pricing for the work needed, and even provided information for reasonable payment options. Shortly after, Ryan (our technician) was able to collect the supplies needed and complete the replacement quickly and easily!! It was a last minute request and the effort to fulfill this project is very appreciated!! Thank you Heritage!!

Michael Hamm did a wonderful job! My husband and I were truly impressed with his workmanship and his willingness to explain what he was doing. The company is lucky to have him!

We had our furnace shut down & an old A/C Condenser that needed replacement. Heritage/ Papalia Home Services came out the next day once our decision was made. Carl who met with us for our quote was not only informative but followed through by personally bringing out a changed piece of equipment we needed to complete the job. He was also always at the end of the phone for any questions we had. All the necessary technicians were professional and very nice to deal with. A special shout out to Ben & Matt. A big job well done!

Brendan was on time, very polite and outstanding at explaining the root of our electrical issue(s). He provided a variety of solutions and was aware and respectful of costs in relation to requirements. I can confidently say that we will move forward with our project, in large part to the understanding and communication of the job parameters as illustrated by Brendan.
