Ductless Mini-split Repair Services in New Hampshire
What Are the Most Common Mini-split Repairs?
The following is a list of the most common ductless issues we find during a repair visit:
- Clogged condensate line (due to mold or debris buildup)
- Strange noises from the indoor or outdoor unit.
- Strange smells coming from the indoor unit
- System not cooling or heating
- System not keeping up with demand
- System not turning on
If you are experiencing any of these issues, a Heritage technician is available to help. We’ll diagnose the problem, go over any and all options to fix the problem, and let you decide how to move forward.
How Often Do Mini-splits Need Maintenance?
Like most equipment in your home, we recommend that all of our customers have their mini-split systems maintained on an annual basis. This is especially important prior to the beginning of the cooling season, or immediately after. From our experience, most issues occur during the first week of operation. Routine maintenance will not only help to keep your system running efficiently, but will help catch potential problems before they lead to a breakdown.
Note: Annual maintenance is usually required by the system manufacturer to maintain your warranty.
