Called Saturday morning. 9.am 4 th of July central air conditioning stop Working Friday night at 9 pm 96 degrees out side very high humidity 61% humidity in side teck was here by 1pm ( angle ) very nice neat professional gentleman Went right to work trying to ignore my large two dogs. 1-@124 lbs Great Dane 1-@ 100 lbs boarder collie / lab mix. A barker With in an hour he had diagnose the problem replace the defective part packed up his truck , got paid and was gone to his next appointment Can’t ask 4 anything better then that Total cost $396.00 all my fault because I misplaced the original installers name and invoice It should have been under warranty because the entire system was less then a year old $4,600 Live an learn All in all Heritage gets 10 plus from Me

We had a total of 4 systems have maintenance done to them- two HVAC systems and two central air systems. It was a big project and our technician spent about 6+ hours making sure it was done throughly and correctly. He walked me through and explained everything. Showed me things I needed to know and made sure I understood it all. Took pictures of everything and made sure to fill out all documents with the upmost detail. Very friendly and professional.
