My service call from Ian, an electrician from Heritage was excellent! He was incredibly thorough and detailed with the work. Thankfully he was highly knowledgeable regarding electrical service and home safety. He answered all the many questions i had. I would definitely call Heritage again because of the professional and timely service they provided. The value was absolutely enhanced by the service person and his ability to converse with and understand the customer and the specific electricity issues.

Kenny was great. He was professional and punctual. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He took the time to get it right and I appreciate that.

Brendan arrived within an hour of my call to fix a tripped breaker, provided quick and excellent service, and was very knowledgeable.

The tech Jake that came out is a solid guy. He went above and beyond and got our furnace sorted. Will absolutely be getting any of my hvac work done with these guys.

I called Heritage Home Service in a panic thinking my house was about to burn down. I called them after the first company I called told me it would be two weeks for them to come out. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helped settle my nerves. She made it a point to say she’d put me on “early arrival” to get someone out quickly. About 20 minutes later, David was on his way. David was very friendly and professional and most importantly made me feel like I wasn’t crazy for calling them over a fishy smell on my basement stairs. He did a thorough safety check for me and figured out what the problem was. It was fully explained to me and he replaced our melting water heater breaker and enclosure. I had mentioned before the check that the baseboards in our basement weren’t working and maybe that had something to do with it, so he looked at those as well and fixed that too! David was very courteous, going out of his way to make his arrival less noisy, as I had a sleeping baby upstairs. He was fast, efficient and kind and I’d recommend him and Heritage to anyone!

Service was superb! Mike knew just what the problem was, explained it and possible causes. It was repaired and he assisted me with warranty issues. He came out the same day I called, is polite and very knowledgeable.

They showed up when they said they would were friendly/respectful and did great work! I would definitely recommend them/work with them again!

Jason from Heritage was an awesome choice! He gave us an accurate estimate, and he knew his stuff! He was also very quick with the recessed light and outlet installation. We have found our go to electrician.
